DIY Workshop: Japanese Sweets “OHAGI with Flower shape Anko”
“OHAGI” is a japanese traditional sweets, made with bean paste “Anko” over a rice ball cake.
In this workshop, You can make some OHAGI and create flower shapes with the Anko
using a technique similar to buttercream decoration.
Of course, You can enjoy(eat) your creations!

6/29 “OHAGI” workshop : Anko wrapping And Flower Piping
We will make two types of Ohagi:
One with white Anko and Uguisu beans, and another with Hojicha Anko.
After wrapping the Ohagi with Anko, You will try to pipe hydrangea flowers to decorate the Ohagi.
Participants will create four Ohagi to take home
and two mini-sized ones to enjoy on the spot.
